Connor Winfield has traditionally used the screen printing process for multilayer Thick Film electronic circuits. In the last several years, Connor Winfield has used the screen printing process for new innovative applications. Screen printing of braze paste, adhesives, gaskets, and coatings to sub assemblies can eliminate messy dispense applications, improve yields, and reduce cost.
Specialty Printing
- Braze Paste applications for Heat Exchangers. Pre applied and dried braze paste climinate messy and wasteful dispense applications.
- Printing of Gaskets Materials. Applications of gasket materials for simplified assembly operations and part count reduction.
- Multilayer conductor printing on aluminum substrate for Surface Mount Assembly(SMT). Printed Circuit Board and heatsink assemblies can be combined directly on the heatsink.
